If you walk down the streets in Korea with huge tattoo on your skin, you will encounter number of people who will look at you strangely, with their eyes widely open. The reason why your tattoo will attract public gaze especially is due to the fact that tattoo stands for the symbol of being a gang member. 03Â Sol Tattoo

Near Seoul National University Station, there is a tattoo studio named Sol Tattoo. Also as known as Sol Art, it got fame from the tattoos of beautiful colors that remind of water color paintings, let alone the tattooist as a Seoul National University sculpture student himself. Designs from Sol Tattoo look like calligraphy in tattoo. He even features famous classic paintings such as of Gustav Klim in his work.
